Property Manager_E-FL_150-Facilities MaintenanceLocation: St. Petersburg Area Command, St. Petersburg, Fl.Position Type: Regular Full Time, ExemptPay Range: $56,200 annual salary About this opportunity:This position is responsible for the engineering, maintenance, preventative maintenance, and custodial efficiency of multiple medium to large facilities of The Salvation Army St. Petersburg Area Command spread over multiple grounds/sites, typically including multiple quarters. Key responsibilities:Plans, schedules, supervises, monitors, and coordinates the day-to-day general maintenance and repair of Salvation Army buildings, vehicles, grounds, and equipment.Negotiates, supervises, and monitors all contracted maintenance services.Ensures all equipment remains in proper working order and compliance with standard operating procedures and safety standards. Maintains an inventory of all Salvation Army property and administers a departmental budget.What we are looking for in you:Associate’ degree from an accredited college or university or a two-year degree from an accredited technical or vocational school with a facilities maintenance emphasis andFour years’ experience in facility maintenance operations with one year of staff supervision orAny equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.Holds various trade licenses as applicable for the performance of work required in the position.
